With the GÁL-300®
type plucking machine you can pluck 300 chicken/hour. The machine can be applied to other
poultry species, as well (geese, ducks, guinea-fowls, pheasants). The machine can be
attached to the tap, and then the poultry is washed during plucking, and the efficiency of
plucking increases. You can place up to 4 chicken into the machine at once, and the machine
plucks them perfectly within a minute. The machine removes even the strong feathers,
so there is no need to pluck manually afterwards.
The machine is produced in two sizes, and within it in two constructions. To pluck turkey
it is advisable to order the larger machine. Taking health and food-hygienic considerations
into account the type made from stainless steel is advisable to be bought.
There are some additional equipment to the machine (e.g.: doper, cutter, scalder, drawer,
drip-tray, etc.) which can make the process more optimal, reduce plucking time, and
